Limited Warranty

Eligible products purchased from Anycastly may be covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal consumer use.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the standard warranty period is:

30 Days from the date of delivery

Some products may include a different warranty period provided by the manufacturer. Where applicable, the product page or accompanying documentation will specify the warranty coverage.

What Is Covered

Subject to inspection and approval, the limited warranty may cover:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Material defects

  • Functional failures under normal intended use

  • Products that arrive with a verified hardware defect

If a warranty claim is approved, Anycastly may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product (where applicable)

  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable model

  • Issue a full or partial refund if a replacement is unavailable

The chosen remedy will depend on product availability and the nature of the issue.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or failures resulting from:

  • Accidental damage

  • Drops or impact

  • Misuse or abuse

  • Improper installation

  • Improper storage

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

  • Water or liquid damage unless the product is specifically marketed as water-resistant or waterproof

  • Damage caused by external power issues or incompatible accessories

  • Commercial or industrial use when the product is intended for personal use

Products altered or repaired by unauthorized parties may not be eligible for warranty service.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team.

Include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the problem, if applicable

Our team may request additional information to help evaluate your claim.

Inspection and Resolution

Once your claim is received, we will review the information provided.

If necessary, we may request that the product be returned for inspection before approving warranty service.

If your claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with this Warranty Policy.

Return Shipping for Warranty Claims

If a warranty claim is approved because the product is defective or was shipped in error, Anycastly may provide return instructions and, where applicable, cover reasonable return shipping costs.

If inspection determines that the reported issue is not covered by this Warranty Policy, the customer may be responsible for return shipping or other associated costs.

Manufacturer Warranty

Some products sold by Anycastly are manufactured by third parties and may include a manufacturer's warranty.

When applicable:

  • The manufacturer is responsible for administering its own warranty.

  • Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are determined by the manufacturer.

  • Additional documentation may be included with the product.

Replacement Products

Replacement items provided under warranty are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer, unless prohibited by applicable law.

Limitation of Warranty

Except as expressly stated in this policy, Anycastly makes no additional warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
