At Anycastly, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Be unused and free from damage caused after delivery.

  • Include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging (when applicable).

  • Include proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity, the following items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or incorrect:

  • Personal care products

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper installation

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • The wrong product

  • An item with missing parts

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy.

How to Start a Return

To request a return:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

Do not return products without first receiving return instructions from our support team.

Unauthorized returns may delay processing.

Return Shipping

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return is the result of our mistake.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returned packages, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items lost during transit.


Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Partial Refunds

In some situations, a partial refund may be issued when:

  • The item is returned with signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

  • Parts, accessories, or original packaging are missing.

  • The item is not returned in its original condition for reasons not caused by us.

Each request is reviewed individually.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for eligible items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you need a different product, color, or model, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.

Order Cancellation

Orders are processed as quickly as possible.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it.

If your order has not yet entered processing or shipment, we will do our best to cancel it.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return process, if eligible.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If an order is refused or returned because of an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or failure to receive the package, additional shipping fees or deductions may apply before a refund is issued.

Chargebacks

If you experience any issue with your order, we encourage you to contact our support team first.

Most concerns can be resolved quickly without initiating a payment dispute.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may delay future purchases while the matter is investigated.
