At this time, Anycastly ships within the United States only.

If we expand shipping to additional countries in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully authorized.

Please note:

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Processing times may be longer during peak shopping seasons or promotional events.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is generally:

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information, when available.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

We work with reputable shipping providers to ensure dependable delivery. Depending on your location and the product ordered, your shipment may be delivered by one or more carriers, such as:

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Anycastly is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to update the address before your order is processed, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can assist in investigating the shipment.

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  1. Checking around your delivery location.

  2. Asking household members or neighbors.

  3. Contacting the shipping carrier directly.

If you still need assistance, please contact our support team. We will work with you and the carrier to help resolve the issue where possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us review your claim promptly, please include:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of:

    • The damaged product

    • The shipping box

    • The shipping label

    • Any damaged packaging materials

After review, we will determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability, warehouse location, or package size.

If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment, when available.

Order Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unexpected delays can occur.

Anycastly is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Carrier service interruptions

  • Customs inspections (if applicable)

  • Government actions
